Classes will continue from where they left off and follow the same pattern as the Beginner Class but increase in amount of vocabulary and grammar. The content of Continuing French is on a three year rotation such that the content will be reviewed and added to through new stories, poems and picture studies. In this way a student can continue growing their abilities in French until French 1 for high school in which grammar is implicitly taught.
Students are expected to review their vocabulary Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 10 minutes and to set aside another 10 minutes one day per week for French copywork or sentence composition work in their French notebooks. Notebook work is to be uploaded to the Canvas classroom by Sunday evening.
